It argues that infrastructures not only hasten the flow materials but produce non-human mobilities and immobilities radically alter dynamics life. Infrastructures become medium life as natural infrastructural ecologies meld, reorienting notions design, architecture, planning governance. Non-human itself can be cast infrastructure, with biopolitical implications for anticipating managing future. An moving beyond anthropocentric familiars generates new analytics critical openings politics governing human

The paper presents Ontology Definition Metamodel (ODM) and Ontology UML Profile that enables using Model Driven Architecture (MDA) standards in ontological engineering. Other similar metamodels are based on ontology representation languages, such as RDF(S), DAML+OIL, etc. However, none of these other solutions uses the recent W3C effort – The Web Ontology Language (OWL). In our approach, we fir...

This paper presents the national level cross-domain ontology and ontology service infrastructure ONKI used in Finland. The novelty of ONKI is based on two ideas. First, the core ontologies are developed collaboratively by experts transforming thesauri into mutually aligned lightweight ontologies, based on a large top ontology that is extended by various domain specific ontologies. Second, the N...
متن کاملOntology Based Model Transformation Infrastructure
Using MDA in ontology development has been investigated in several works recently. The mappings and transformations between the UML constructs and the OWL elements to develop ontologies are the main concern of these research projects. We propose another approach in order to achieve the collaboration between MDA and ontology technologies. We propose an ontology based model transformation infrast...
